I saw this thing last night as i went to get vietnamise food... its the saddest fountain ive ever seen. It shot water waste high... just enough to get your phone wet in you pocket.
i agree. I think this is less an aesthetic thing than it is a functional thing. Glorified public bathing facility.
In all seriousness I felt a pang in my gut when i saw it this morning. I felt disappointed for all people who put any hopes or expectations into this project. The tree-like decorations are pretty cool though.
And heavy metals!
