According to this info, the average sale price in Columbia Heights was $378,729 and 51 homes were sold, which seems like a lot of sales to me... but hey, I rent.

Check those stats. First off the data is back from June 2009, its now Sept, further they lump condos with single family homes.
Need more current numbers and split homes from condos to make this information relevant.
