DCRA and DDOT are often neck-in-neck for helpful resident outreach on Twitter, but the Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs may have won this round. Prompted by a discussion on Prince of Petworth last week, the DCRA started a new website called rentmydcbasement.com.
